The Girl in the Yellow Dress!

This is one of a couple of rough sketches I did recently, reminiscent of those 60s book covers. I was just scribbling away directly on the computer.

Army Hairstyle!

A quick marker sketch I did as a warm-up coloured in Photoshop. When I look at his nose he could be a relative of Mr.Schmitz from the post below.

And a third one: Studienrat Schmitz.

Fuzzler!

And a second Art Pen scribble: a filthy scoundrel who should wash his hair more ofen.

Robert de Bouillon!

On the weekend I did some more sketches with the Rotring Art Pen. Because it doesn't work on a blue pencil drawing I did the rough sketches with a light marker this time. Somehow I'm slowly geting used to the pen. It's nice for doing hatching, but you've got to draw a little bit bigger.

The is some guy from the 17th century. Maybe he would fit in some kind of musketeer story. But don't spit in his soup, he won't like it ...

Blue Animal!

Like the post before this little fellow was also an accidental tiny scribble at the bottom of of a sheet. But he seemed to be in such a good temper that I couldn't leave him there.

But don't ask me what species he is. I don't have a clue. And the title is a mystery as well ...

Little Wanda!

This was actually just a small pencil scribble in the corner of a page of doodles. Well, somehow I liked this little girl. And here she is! As always I tried a lot of different colour versions. Here are four of them. Choose your favourite!

Especially on the first one she looks a little bit like a mermaid, doesn't she? Maybe I should add a flipper.
