Pencilly Alien!

Florian Satzinger was so kind to dedicate his latest picture to Mr.Thies an me. Thanks a lot again, Sir! Well it seems we share the same love for such diverse themes as aliens, gorillas and motorised flying machines.

To return the favour I did this alien. This time I humbly tried a pencilly approach, which of course is the trademark style of Mr.Satzinger himself. OK, the gadgets are missing, but I tried my very best. Anyway it was the only scribble I did ...

So this one is for you Florian!

Awesome Artwork, Olf. Especially the yellow/violet/green-mode switch is interesting:)

Oliver, I really love your stuff! Your carricatures are great.....and I've noticed you seem to have an affinity for pencil noses. For a second, I thought this alien was done by Florian. Really nice!

Also, your color balance really stands out. I need more.

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks a lot friends & colleagues!

@COBOS: Thanks for linking me, I'll of course return that favour! Many greetings back to Madrid!

@JÖRN: I've been working for hours on that mode switch. I'm glad you recognized it ... ;)

@RICHARD: What can I say? Thanks a lot for your kind words: Vielen Dank für die Blumen! You are right, I like pencil noses (good word by the way!) almost as much as cucumber and potato ones.

@TONI: I would love to see this guy animated too, but I'm no animator. So if there are any volunteers out there ...
